What is 'Whole-Health'?When you think about health, what comes to mind?If you're like most people, you probably think of exercise and diet.If we exercise and eat well, then we'll be healthy. That's what we've been told.Sounds sensible enough, doesn't it?But what If I told you that it's WRONG.In fact, not only is it wrong, but I believe that having such a narrow-minded approach is actually making our health worse, not better.Modern science shows us that being healthy is about SO MUCH MORE than just exercise and diet.And that's where the Whole Health Reboot comes in.I've mixed the best of modern science with the wisdom of ancient philosophy to create a programme that focuses on every aspect of your health, not just one-or two like you're used to.

So how does it work?Simple.It starts with a comprehensive initial consultation where we take a 360-degree look at your lifestyle, your mindset, your habits and your triggers.From there, we work together to agree on the most important areas that need attention and then focus there.I then coach you in those specific areas, creating an action plan for you to follow.Moving forward, I send you a weekly accountability check-in so we can track how you're doing, and every two weeks we meet for a 45 minute coaching call via zoom to work through any areas that are particularly challenging.As your coach, I am also available throughout the week to help you tackle obstacles as they come up, so you're not left floundering on your own.
